Difference between high pressure and low pressure fitting?

A high pressure fitting is used at normal water pressure and has 2 hoses for cold and hot water.

A low-pressure fitting is used when only cold water is available at the sink.
For this purpose, a special hot water tank (also called boiler, under counter unit) must be installed.

Low pressure, therefore, because the water is heated in the store. This has 3 connection pipes.
